We created Form First because we believe that with the help of technology we can create a private coaching experience that will not cost an arm and a leg. We use the latest technology in AI, Computer Vision and Motion Tracking to analyse your specific movement patterns and offer personalized feedback on your technique. We aim to help you improve your skills by emulating how a private coach will approach a training session. We work with the best coaches in the industry who, like us, rely on the science of human movement and are ready to challenge the status quo. One thing many athletes forget when practicing is how important continuous feedback is. This is why we made sure that offers a short feedback loop to ensure you are moving in the right direction as you train. You will be asked to practice the skill just for few minutes before you get to test yourself again. This methodology will ensure that you do not solidify bad movement patterns, but you allow for small incremental improvements. Just like with a real coach you will receive continuous support and feedback.

We listened to your feedback and we are happy to present to you Form First Tracks. What is it? FF Tracks are self-paced skill focused training courses for and . How fast you will progress would depends on how fast you acquire the required skill. Need more time? No problem. Ahead of the curve?! Feel free to sprint.
How do we do it??! After every session we test and analyse your progress to determine whether you should progress into the next chapter or you need some more practice to solidify the skill before moving on.
