Kurz gesagt: Die Kostenkalkulation einer Baugruppe ist die Zusammenstellung aller Kalkulationen der enthaltenen Blechbauteile.

Es gibt noch mehr Updates! Wenn du auf eine Baugruppe in der Results-Tabelle klickst, gelangst du direkt zur Detailansicht. Dort findest du im Tab "Kostenkalkulation" eine detaillierte Auflistung der Kostenfaktoren aller Teile der Baugruppe. Zusätzlich zu den Kosten wird auch die Gesamtstückzahl jedes Teils sowie die Stückzahl pro Baugruppe angezeigt.

📊 Pro-Tipp: Wenn ein Teil beispielsweise 2x in der Baugruppe vorkommt und die Baugruppe mit einer Losgröße von 10 analysiert wird, siehst du in der Tabellenzeile jeweils das entsprechende Vielfache der Stückzahl --> Also in diesem Beispiel 20!

Selbst fehlerhafte oder Nicht-Blechteile bleiben nicht unerwähnt: Sie werden in der Liste aufgeführt, allerdings ohne Kosten und werden "ausgegraut" dargestellt, um eine klare Übersicht zu gewährleisten.

In short: The cost calculation of an assembly is the compilation of all calculations of the sheet metal parts it contains.

There are even more updates! If you click on an assembly in the results table, you will be taken directly to the detailed view. There you will find a detailed list of the cost factors of all parts of the assembly in the "Cost calculation" tab. In addition to the costs, the total quantity of each part and the quantity per assembly are also displayed.

📊 Pro tip: If, for example, a part occurs twice in the assembly and the assembly is analyzed with a batch size of 10, you will see the corresponding multiple of the number of pieces in the table row --> So in this example 20!

Even faulty or non-lead parts are not left unmentioned: They are shown in the list, but without costs and are "grayed out" to ensure a clear overview.
