for the most colorful cycling event of the year 🎉

There are 200 host cities where the streets will be full of women on bikes ❤️ on Sunday, Sept 18th

On Sunday September 18th you will see smiling women on cycles, dressed up “fancy” in squares and on the streets in different cities. ⭐💐

But WHY?

The more women use bicycles, the more women will be encouraged to ride bikes as this is what our planet needs.



Fancy Women Bike Ride is the annual bike ride of women reclaiming the streets and asking for urban cycling policies.

No Registration required. You may bring your children. Yes, men can participate. Yes, you need a bike. Yes, we will have fun together. Check the F.A.Q on our website.

Bring gerne eine Musikbox und deine Lieblingsplaylist mit 🎵🎶
Nimm während der Fahrt Rücksicht auf ungeübte Radlerinnen 🤗
Nach der Fahrt lassen wir den Nachmittag auf dem Marienplatz ausklingen - wer möchte, bringt ein Getränk mit 🥂🥤

What is going to happen on sunday, September 18th?

We are going to talk to people that we don’t know, we are going to smile and wave to strangers, we will sing songs and we will cycle safely, without the fear of getting hit by a car. 👋🎶
We will be seen and accepted as we are. We will look in the eyes of the people and communicate with them with small gestures instead of honking. 😉💐
