A few condiments that went into my Taco Buffet made in Helsinki: homemade salsa verde, satini pomdeter (mauritian: mashed potato with chilli and fried onions), frijoles, red cabbage with mint, pan seared pimientos, chipotle marinated chicken.

Litterally translated: Coconut Chutney 🥥
My version is a dryer one:
⚪️Fresh coconut pulp painfully retrieved from the shell 😅
⚪️Mint from Saija's Helsinki Garden
⚪️ Tamarind pulp
⚪️ Garlic and Green Chilli ( usually I would use regular green chillies, this time i switched to Serrano as I made this for a condiment to my Taco Buffet Cookout.
Mum would be proud 😂🧡

🍣Lots to taste at cantine style sushi joint
The all-you-can-eat sushi buffet at €17 including , , drinks. 🦀Their crab and tofu summer roll was my fav! And endless ebi-tempuras I could have had a heart attack. Apparently the lunch deal buffet is around 10 bucks.
