- Conduct regular engagement with the club about issues that affect the fans and have two-way dialogue, giving you the opportunity to have input into discussions.

- Work towards the need for different sections at home games (eg. family section, singing section, neutral section)

- Improve accessibility and availability for all games, either foreign or domestic. Offer support and inclusion for all fans in terms of Skype Socials, watchalongs, check-ins, buddy system etc

- Provide information to fans to enhance their matchday experience, such as ticketing information, assistance at stadia and working to resolve fan issues.
