What does Work-Life Balance look like at Intrafind?

- 180 km cycling 🚴♂️
- and then a marathon 🏃♂️
Only about then does our CEO Bernhard Messer feel balanced again. 😉
He has been training regularly for the triathlon for several years and thus creates his very own balance between everyday CEO life and personal goals. 🥇
The interesting thing is that this spirit sometimes spills over into the team and the whole team is challenged in Teamfit Challenges.
And it's not like our CEO is already running away from us, because there is serious competition.
Other sports-mad colleagues like Ursula Seisenberger also took part in the IRONMAN European Championship in Hamburg this time.
Ursula has reached with the 12th place in her age group directly the qualification for the World Championships in Kona Hawaii. For Bernhard it is still trembling, whether the 8th place in his age group is enough to get a ticket for the World Championships in Nice.
In the meantime, Bernhard is still thinking about his own "fan moment" when he met Jan Frodeno and Sebastian Kienle. Two of the very greats in triathlon.
