Today, our colleagues Martina Boshkovska and Gorjan Malevski represented Intertec as speakers, presenting on Angular 21 – CLI, Routing, Angular Material, and Forms. Through practical examples and hands-on insights, they introduced participants to tools and concepts they can use in real-world development.

For us, events like this are a chance to share what we know, support young talent, and stay close to the people who will shape the future of IT.

DIGIT (Design and Interactive Graphics in IT) is the kind of initiative we’re always glad to be part of, a space where talented students get to learn, create, ask questions, and challenge themselves through real collaboration.

This year, the focus is on Angular, giving participants the opportunity to work with one of the most widely used frontend frameworks and build real, practical solutions.

We’re especially proud that our colleagues Martina Boshkovska and Gorjan Malevski will be joining as speakers, sharing practical knowledge and real project experience with the participants.

For us, this is about more than being present at an event. It is about supporting young talent, encouraging curiosity, and staying connected to the next generation of people who will shape the IT community.

Yesterday at the Smart Manufacturing Excellence Summit in Munich, our CEO Dimitar Siljanovski shared something we’ve seen in real projects again and again: at enterprise level, modernization is rarely a tech problem.

The companies that actually succeed at this don’t just try to go fast. They focus on making sure they don’t lose what already works and they set clear goals to keep everyone on the same page. Most importantly, they work with partners who actually sit down and get to know their team and their culture.

It was a busy first day at our booth sharing these insights. Now that we’re into Day 2, we’re looking forward to hearing how your teams are managing the people side of digital change.
