Ustad Noor Bakhsh is a master of the Baloch benju and a living repository of an infinitely rich musical tradition encompassing Persian and Kurdish melodies and much more. The traditional musician, now almost 80 years old and hailing from the remote Pakistani region of Balochistan, is greeted by enthusiastic audiences almost everywhere he plays. The performances by Noor and his fellow musicians Doshambay and Daniyal Ahmed sends the public into a frenzy of dancing and smiles. Returning to us after an amazing evening at PHRE Festival last August.
DJ Aslongasustadlikes and Ustad Noor Bakhsh share a long-standing musical friendship—and mutual admiration. The name says it all: DJ Aslongasustadlikes plays as long as Ustad Noor Bakhsh wants to dance. He knows the master’s favorite grooves inside and out. From his fantastic record collection, he conjures up a set full of surprises, rarities, and the joy of dancing.

Aylin’s Soulgarden
+ Container „Open Project Band“
Doors 19:00
Start 20:00
VVK 14, AK 16
Aylin’s Soulgarden innovatively blend Anatolian musical traditions and contemporary elements of pop, jazz and electro. The band’s first album Bu bir demdir was released in October 2024 on the German label CPL-Music. Aylin’s Soulgarden reimagine the profound verses of traditional Alevi poets like Muhyiddin Abdal and Pir Sultan through a modern lens in a lively, intoxicating sound bed of indie psychedelic pop with a pinch of soul, and have already garnered international acclaim. At the heart are the distinctive vocals of Aylin Yildirim and the sparkling saz of Eren Yildirim, both rooted in the Alevi folk music community. They are joined by Girisha Fernando, a seasoned bassist, guitarist and producer with an indie and jazz background, while Paul Etschberger, a versatile keyboardist, adds his pop sensibilities and glittering synth melodies to the musical canvas. The band is also supported by Lucy Pereira on backing vocals and Stefan Brodte on drums.
Container “Open Project Band” aims to explore and showcase the vast world of Greek songs. A musical journey through time into the world of Greek songs, from the past to the present. This new project features well-known musicians from Munich’s Greek music scene: Nektaría (vocals), J***y Chatzis (vocals, guitar), George Fagogenis (bouzouki, vocals), and Jojo Georgios Koutsoukis (double bass, electric bass).

Muovipussi
+ Faileri Failera
Do. 09.07.26
Doors: 19:00
Start: 19:30
VVK 12, AK 14
Muovipussi is an electronic music group formed by Milla Lahtinen, Niklas Blomberg and Heidi Finnberg in 2018. Muovipussi’s music is a blend of rap, crispy pop and metal. Performed with self-made electronic instruments and punchy synth beats the concert is full of explosive and unpredictable sequences. Amongst virtuosic playing and fast rapping there is plenty of room for having fun and making the audience go through a lot of emotions. Muovipussi wants to create concerts unlike any before. If the audience wonders “ what is going on?”, they have succeeded in challenging norms and shaking up expectations.
Two people, one mess. Rave punk, synth kraut, drum & bass, and other sonic neuroses: Here, whatever hasn’t ghosted yet gets treated live. Resignation letters, flashbacks, and to-do lists from the deathbed. The looper is still thinking it over, the bass drops through the ceiling, and somewhere a “Kaputto Mondo Bizarro!” echoes into nothingness. Exactly that. FAILERI FAILERA. Not a concert—a failure message with a kick. Come dance, sing off-key, just stumble right in. Someone else can function again tomorrow. Maybe.
