The ever-changing business environment is increasing the pressure on companies, making a must-have.
Our training education format “Business Design and Innovation” teaches people interested in innovation and innovation management the Business Design method, which brings structure to a company’s innovation processes and reduces the complexity of the topic.
📌 The program will be taught in German and is designed for executives, project experts, and business developers who want to qualify as innovation managers or who want to establish a structured innovation management system in their company. It takes place in a blended format and at the same time offers a high degree of individual interaction.
