Chanoyu

One trains oneself in movements of the tea preparation and creates aesthetics of simplicity and perishability. One trains oneself in awareness and simply makes tea. I have been practicing Chanoyu since the age of 14 and teach it in the Teehaus Enshô and online worldwide.
