Change your breath and remove stress…
Your breath is connected to your nervous system.
Every time you feel stressed and anxious you move into your sympathetic nervous system which causes your body to use a tremendous amount of energy.
In that state you can’t relax, each thought about work or other personal things freak you out, you literally have no capacity to feel happy, joyful or creative, you compare yourself to others and lash out..
It goes down a whole spiral.
In this state of being your breath becomes very shallow and short.
Many people tend to overbreathe causing even more cortisol (aka stress hormones) to be released in your body.
This enhances even more the stressful feeling.
And guess what, you can’t think greater than how you feel so the feelings will evoke even more stress thoughts.
Can you see how it’s all connected?
So if the breath is connected to the nervous system and controls it we can in fact use it to manipulate the state we are in - stress or relaxed
So what if you learned to regulate that?
What if next time you feel completely out of control you started using your breath in a very specific way it would soothe your nervous and help you feel grounded again?
What if you actually started using your breath as a tool to boost creativity levels, get you energy when needed and bring mental clarity?

I would never feel comfortable around women…
There was a time in my life where every time I would be surrounded by other women a few things popped up
Comparison
Competition
Judgment
Jealousy
Shame
Thoughts like “ugh I wish I could look like her” or my mind would jump to hard words of judgment towards other women I didn’t even know.
That was my reality for a long time..
Back then I had no idea it was a reflection of my inner insecurities and my lack of connection to my self and source.
These thoughts and feelings were an extension of my ego believing that ‘I’m less than’.
Throughout the years I’ve moved through a lot of these layers, I’ve learned to let down my guard in front of others, I’ve realized that at the core we are all the same having a human experience 🙏🏽
Surrounding myself with more and more women is so inspiring to me now. I love seeing others expressing their fullness. It helped me see my biggest triggers and transmute some of my deepest feelings of not enoughness, shame, and jealousy. These parts are also human and very much a reality for all of us- knowingly or unkowingly
So I created this container for us women to come together. To share. To dream. To listen. To be raw. To be safe. To connect. To support. To love. To be heard and held. To blossom. To cry. To laugh. All of it 🕊
