✝️ UNPLUGGED ✝️ 1999 in the end of THE HAND things changed. Doing "the J effect" solo at some places, there was a concert at 'Theater an der Ilmenau' in Uelzen. A weired mix of painful ballads and poetric readings enforced by Eckhart Müller, "king of the theatre". It came out an impressive live recording including some unheared gems to the millenium.

✝️ UNGESCHMINKT ✝️ Gegen Ende von „THE HAND“ wandelte sich 1999 einiges. Es gab Auftritte, bei denen der „Jesus Effekt“ solo präsentiert wurde – unter anderem ein Konzert im Theater an der Ilmenau in Uelzen. Es war eine eigenwillige Mischung aus schmerzlich-schönen Balladen und poetischen Lesungen, unterstützt/präsentiert von Eckhart Müller, dem „König des Theaters“. Daraus entstand eine eindrucksvolle Live-Aufnahme, die einige bis dahin ungehörte musikalische Perlen aus der Zeit um die Jahrtausendwende enthielt.

✝️ GOSPEL 1996 ✝️ Getting into the show of 'Queen Esther Marror' and her 'Harlem Gospel Singers' yours Rev got a first impression of the genre. Further on there were the 'Golden Gospel Singers' (Bob Singleton 🖤) and the 'Chicago Gospel Church' on tour over Germany. That turned yours beloved sinner 'JOHN DIAMOND' into a better way, reflecting his pain und became 'THE HAND'. So 30ys ago the single "I'll be there" changed to be true. Look at him, the young and wild one!

✝️ GOSPEL 1996 ✝️ Durch die Arbeit an der Show von „Queen Esther Marror“ und ihren „Harlem Gospel Singers“ erhielt euer Reverend einen ersten Eindruck von diesem Genre. Später tourte er auch mit den „Golden Gospel Singers“ (Bob Singleton 🖤) sowie „Chicago Gospel Church“ durch Deutschland. Dies lenkte euren geliebten Sünder „JOHN DIAMOND“ auf einen besseren Weg; er setzte sich mit seinem Schmerz auseinander und wurde „die Hand“. ✝️ REMEMBER 1995 ✝️ the big turn around after wasting my time with stranger A*s in Rock'n'Roll business. Relaxation with my buddy and driver Claus Beckmann at the beach in Spain. I played an evening at a Flamenco Bar there, doing bottle neck stuff with a half empty glass of wine. That made the people getting blue eyed there. We were end up later at a damn place nowhere called Santa Maria. Yes, it is true. And we thought we would never come back from this w***e house in the desert. It was short before "I'll be there". To say: from dusk till dawn.

✝️ Erinnerungen an 1995 ✝️ – die große Wende, nachdem ich meine Zeit mit den „großen Nummern“ des Rock'n'Roll-Geschäfts verschwendet hatte. Entspannung am spanischen Strand mit meinem Freund und Fahrer Claus Beckmann. Ich spielte einen Abend in einer Flamenco-Bar und nutzte ein halbvolles Weinglas für Bottleneck-Techniken. Das ließ die Leute dort ganz verträumt und selig werden. Später landeten wir an einem gottverlassenen Ort namens Santa Maria. Ja, es stimmt wirklich. Und wir dachten, wir würden aus diesem Bordell in der Wüste nie wieder zurückkehren. Das war kurz vor der Zeit von „I'll be there“: Von der Dämmerung bis zum Morgengrauen, im wahrsten Sinne.

✝️ SWEET ROSARY 2009 ✝️ Live recorded October 2009 @ Home - Hannover, Germany and released 28.09.2009 as promo leak on md 50 pcs limited, so this recording is very explizit and rare. On vocals: John Diamond & Claudia Vernaleken - guitar: Olaf Meinecke. It is a smooth cover song of the great John Denver in a very nice unplugged session, produced by Olaf Meinecke. The duo project SWEET ROSARY continued from 2004 was gained on a club tour at local pubs of the loser saxony area and as part of the band get.on.up what was a cover group on the wider scene and public parties until 2019 in Germany.

✝️ SWEET ROSARY 2009 ✝️ Live-Aufnahme vom Oktober 2009 (entstanden im heimischen Umfeld zu Hannover, Deutschland) und veröffentlicht am 28.09.2009 als limitierte Promo-Auflage (50 Stück); dementsprechend handelt es sich um eine sehr exklusive und seltene Aufnahme. Besetzung: John Diamond & Claudia Vernaleken (Gesang) sowie Olaf Meinecke (Gitarre). Es handelt sich um eine gefühlvolle Coverversion eines Songs von John Denver, entstanden im Rahmen einer gelungenen Unplugged-Session unter der Produktion von Olaf Meinecke. Das 2004 ins Leben gerufene Duo-Projekt SWEET ROSARY trat im Raum Niedersachsen in lokalen Kneipen auf; zudem waren die Musiker Teil der Band „get.on.up“, einer Coverband, die bis 2019 überregional in der Musikszene sowie bei Stadtfesten aktiv war.
