Today we announced the all new Cintel Scanner G3 HDR+, which features a completely redesigned light source that allows real time HDR film scanning. Demonstrated earlier this year at NAB 2022 in Las Vegas, the new high intensity LED grid array light source allows you to get even better quality images from scanned film at much higher film scanning speeds.

The new model also features improved color science and an additional 3.5 stops of HDR range. In addition, a new film inspection mode allows you to check the condition of the original film, so you can check if there are any scratches or dust.

DaVinci Resolve 17 is a major new release with over 300 features and enhancements! The color page features new HDR grading tools, redesigned primary controls, AI based magic mask and more. Fairlight updates mouse and keyboard edit selection tools so you can work faster, along with Fairlight audio core and flexbus, a next generation audio engine and busing architecture with support for 2,000 tracks! Editors get a metadata slate view with bin dividers, zoomed waveforms for audio trimming, smart reframing, a unified inspector and dozens of other time saving tools. DaVinci Resolve 17 also includes support for connecting to remote databases, multi user collaboration, new Fusion effects templates, shape nodes, animation curves, synced audio animations and more!

This release includes new animation curve modifiers that can be used to automatically retime animations when you change their duration in an edit. Audio playback with waveform display makes it easier to create precisely timed animations, new node view bookmarks make it easy to navigate large comps, the toolbar can be customized with your favorite tools, and vertical layouts are supported in the node editor.
