Jetzt in neuer Auflage: der Briefe Deutschland 2023/2024 Band 2!
Wie beim Deutschland-Spezial enthält Band 2 die Briefbewertungen ab Wiederaufnahme des Postverkehrs 1945.
Der Band enthält Zahlreiche Änderungen und Ergänzungen vor allem bei den AM-Post-Marken, der Französischen Zone und weiteren Gebieten. Änderungen der Preisbewertungen finden sich besonders häufig bei den Besetzungsausgaben der Alliierten, der DDR, aber auch bei der Bundesrepublik.
Der Katalog ist natürlich auch als E-Book erhältlich!

PS: Band 1, mit Briefbewertungen zwischen 1849 und 1945, erschien bereits 2022 in neuer Auflage.

Now in a new edition: the Briefe Deutschland 2023/2024 Volume 2.
As with the Germany Special, Volume 2 contains the letter grades from the resumption of postal traffic in 1945.
The volume contains numerous changes and additions, especially to the AM-Post stamps, the French Zone and other areas. Changes in price valuations are particularly frequent for the Allied occupation issues, the GDR, but also for the Federal Republic.
The catalogue is of course also available as an e-book!

PS: Volume 1, with letter valuations between 1849 and 1945, was already published in 2022 in a new edition.

70 Jahre Yad Vashem, feiert die seit dem 3. August erscheinende 85-Cent-Briefmarke.
Die Internationale Holocaust-Gedenkstätte wurde 1953 auf dem Berg des Gedenkens in Jerusalem gegründet und dokumentiert seither unter anderem in den neun unterirdischen Galerien des Holocaust History Museums die Geschichte der Judenverfolgung in Europa und insbesondere den Verlauf und die Folgen des Holocausts.
Der Architekt Moshe Safdie, der unter anderem für Habitat 67 in Montreal bekannt ist, hat neben dem neuen Museumsgebäude verschiedene Denkmäler auf dem weitläufigen Gelände von Yad Vashem entworfen.
Die Gedenkstätte kuratiert auch Ausstellungen und Bildungsinitiativen weltweit und online und ist in den sozialen Medien aktiv.

70 years of Yad Vashem, celebrates the 85-cent stamp issued since 3 August.
The International Holocaust Memorial was founded in 1953 on the Mount of Remembrance in Jerusalem and has since documented the history of the persecution of Jews in Europe and especially the course and consequences of the Holocaust, among other projects, in the nine underground galleries of the Holocaust History Museum.
The architect Moshe Safdie, known among other things for Habitat 67 in Montreal, has designed various monuments on the extensive grounds of Yad Vashem in addition to the new museum building.
The memorial also curates exhibitions and educational initiatives worldwide and online, and is active in social media.
