In our last post, we looked at how lighting shapes the retail experience: guiding attention, creating orientation, and helping products, displays, and architectural details stand out. Spotlights are one of the most effective tools for that, creating the visual hierarchies that decide what people notice first.

With Midpoint, lighting designers can place that emphasis precisely where it's needed. A wide range of beam angles makes it possible to highlight individual products, display areas, or entire zones within a space. The new Midpoint 95 Déco combines a 70° light distribution with a decorative conical reflector, balancing visual comfort with a distinctive appearance.

Midpoint integrates into a 3-circuit track system or comes as a surface-mounted, recessed, pendant, or wall-mounted luminaire, adapting to a wide range of retail concepts. Multiple finishes, individual colour options, and a colour rendering index above 90 keep colours and materials looking the way they're meant to.

Different products call for different light. The Midpoint family's range of beam angles, mounting options, and finishes lets designers respond to that, while keeping a consistent visual language across the space.

On the International Day for Biological Diversity, we are joining forces with Boomforest, a French organisation dedicated to urban reforestation, to advocate for more nature in cities.

In places such as Colombes near Paris, where concrete, asphalt and summer heat dominate,
new green spaces are being created to promote biodiversity and improve the urban climate.

Boomforest focuses on planting small, densely planted urban forests based on the Miyawaki method.
These green spaces create fast-growing, resilient ecosystems within very limited urban areas.

In 2026, we are proud to support Boomforest as a partner, because we believe that sustainable living environments emerge where architecture,
people and nature are more closely connected once again.
