As winter approaches, a unique vibrant tradition comes alive in Korea - Gimjang, the making of Kimchi!

Gimjang is not just foos preparation activitiy, it's a heartwarming Korean culture experience. It involves families, friends, and communities coming together to prepare large quantities of Kimchi, the iconic Korean fermented vegetable dish.

A few days ago, I was fortunate enough to experience it from Ven. Jeongkwan, a master of Korean temple cuisine.
