Liebe Gaeste und Freunde,

nach fast vier Betriebsjharen in denen wir miteinanderen viel Spass hatten, ist es mir nicht leicht gefallen, Brio zu schliessen. Ich hoffe, Ihr habt mein Küche genossen und werweiss ob Brio Bistro Euch künftig anderswo empfangen wird. Also bis zum nächsten Mal und herzlichen Dank!!!

dopo quasi quattro anni di servizio, in cui abbiamo passato piacevoli momenti insieme, non è stato facile per me prendere la decisione di chiudere Brio. Spero che abbiate apprezzato la mia cucina ed in futuro, chissà, mi auguro di ospitarVi in qualche altro luogo! Dunque Vi saluto dicendo "alla prossima" e rinraziandoVi di cuore!

after almost four years, which we ejoyed together, it was not easy for me to take the decision to close Brio. I hope that you enjoyed my cuisine and we will maybe meetsomewhere else in the future. So see you next time and thanks a lot for everything. All the best!!
