Today we celebrate International Women’s Day 2020!
We want to proudly acknowledge every single accomplishment of the inspiring and passionate women working at Merantix. But for us is about more, it’s about equality all over! Gender equality is essential for today's economies and communities to grow, to move forward- simply, to thrive. A gender equal world can be healthier, wealthier, more harmonious and even more innovative.
On our way to equality we still need to overcome and challenge many stereotypes and biases. Nowadays even supposedly unbiased algorithms, or rather the data on which they are trained on declare a man as the average person. The so-called “gender data gap” has arisen over years now, and it is crucial to overcome this. At Merantix we strive to make the world a better place without inequalities.
So let's challenge today and be in future.
