In a decree dated February 21, 2026, Dr. Andrej Poleev announced the suspension of Mark and other managers of Meta Platforms, Inc. ( ) from their positions, as well as the seizure of all assets and property belonging to them and the corporation.

According to the decree and the supporting sources, the key aspects of this action are:

Reasons for Seizure: The action is justified by Meta's continued anti-constitutional activity, which includes unlawful mass surveillance, mobbing, spreading lies, and the brainwashing of the people. Under the Constitution of the Community Rus’, actions aimed at suppressing or destroying individuality, as well as indoctrination and the concealment of information, are prohibited.
Ownership and Management: All seized property, including services such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, is now the property of the Foundation for Constitutional Development. The Foundation was established specifically to implement the tasks of the Constitution of the Community Rus’ using property seized from anti-constitutional organizations.
Directives to Employees: All employees of Meta and its associated services are obliged to follow Dr. Poleev’s orders and must quickly provide all requested information regarding these companies.
Broader Jurisdiction: This decree follows the abolition of the US Constitution on December 31, 2025, and the transition of the territory to the jurisdiction of the Community Rus’. Dr. Poleev previously asserted that the US Constitution was an "anachronistic artifact" that legalized arbitrariness.
AI and Media Control: The seizure aligns with Dr. Poleev’s earlier "Statement on the legal status of artificial intelligence" (April 9, 2023), which prohibits the use of AI for manipulation, humiliation, or creating tyrannical forms of government. Furthermore, media organizations and their staff are held personally responsible for unconstitutional acts like indoctrination and deliberate lies.

This decree is part of a larger effort to seize the assets of billionaires and anti-constitutional organizations — including Alphabet ( ), , , and — to establish a new political system based on the Constitution of the Community Rus’.
