The Base Pilates

Striking a pose for the last day of holidays. Most of day spent chasing boys and eating. I know nothing screams privilege like a vaca pilates , still... grateful af for this place and my body 😌✌️🧡 Now back to the studio!

Energy through the fingers, reaching for the sky. Not sure this is a thing, but when my hands stretch, my eyes lift. Or maybe that’s conditioning from arabesque for so many years. 😂
