Pell de Ceba - 2014 - Carles Alonso -

When back to 2018 we had the chance to try this Pell de Ceba we knew we were in front of something big.
We have been very disciplined keeping these bottles until now.
We are delighted to confirm that after these years, the wine has not lost his character, it has developed on something unique.
We have decided it is time to share with all of you.
We have some bottles in Berlin which will be available at during the coming days.

But if some of you wanna try it can be also possible.

Pell de Ceba 2014 is a very delicate Pet Nat made by a coupage of the different varieties Carles has ok his wonderful paradise.
Grenache, Carignen, Macabeu, Sumoll, Xarel-lo… until 8 different varieties.
A wonderful pink color (onion skin …) and a delicate balance between residual sugar and yeastiness.
It represents the best footprint of Carles’ Wines. It is like drinking a very old Champagne … with Mediterranean notes.
