Let's be honest ....
every pilates class doesn't feel fabulous
not everyone looks like a fitness model
you won't always want to get off the sofa and do it
But!
you'll notice little things first
feeling more aware of your body
standing up taller
less unnecessary tension
Are those little things actually? They sound quite big to me. I don't know about the famous "in 30 days you'll have a new body" Joseph Pilates quote, but I do know not everything has to be dramatic! Sustainable might not be a sexy word but consistent, conscious practice is what's going to bring changes you can maintain and make a part of your life long-term
Even when life is busy lifeing at you
Even when Berlin weather sucks for 80% of the year
Even when you feel like s**t and can't be arsed 🙀😂

Our signature attention to detail, with personalized corrections to help you find the optimal alignment for YOUR body during each exercise
✨ Who is this workout for?
Any body and everybody. We will always provide you with options to customize the workout to your own level of strength. The evolution workout is a low-impact, high intensity class for ALL levels
✨ Do I need pilates experience?
If you've taken reformer pilates classes this will definitely feel familiar. We emphasise moving super slow to increase muscle endurance. If you're a beginner you'll have plenty of time and encouragement to find the correct alignment. If you have experience you can focus on going eeevvvvveeeeennnn slower! 💪🏻 And if you're up for a challenge, there will@be plenty of those on offer!
