Sixteen years of authoritarian media policy are over. With a record-breaking voter turnout, Péter Magyar and his Tisza party have ended Viktor Orbán's reign. But dismantling what he built is a different challenge entirely.

Step into our kitchen for a conversation about what comes next for Hungarian journalism.

What's on the menu?
• How will independent outlets recover after years of political and economic pressure?
• What role will previously government-friendly and state-controlled media take up?
• How might Hungary's political shift reshape collaboration among journalists across Europe?

Join our conversation with:
• Dóra Diseri, Head of DW Magyar
• Dániel Fehér, communication expert and civil society activist
