At the beginning of this year, we embarked on a journey to refresh our values at Moss to instil authenticity, exude endurance, and reflect on areas we aspire to reach. A cross-functional effort that took us from 100 ideas to 21 themes to 5 values. ✨💚

From the very early days at Moss, we put a lot of effort into making sure our teams get to build cool hacks alongside their day-to-day work. 💡 We crafted quite a few big features that our customers still love, some of which became a significant part of our product.
