Here, you’re invited to slow down, tune into how you feel, and give your body and mind permission to soften.
Through sound baths, yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, and other restorative practices, you’ll gently support your nervous system and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are and support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

If you’ve been with us for a while, you’re already familiar with the FLOW and RESET experience.
Starting June 1st, we’re excited to introduce STRENGTH, beginning with our brand-new tone classes.
Because we believe building muscle and resilience in the body is just as important as cultivating a calm, steady mind. Not only for physical wellbeing, but for energy, longevity, and the way we move through life.
STRENGTH, FLOW, and RESET each support the body and nervous system in different ways, together creating balance, vitality, and deeper connection.
This is ŌHIA evolving - into a space where you can nourish your body, mind, and soul in exactly the way you need.

You might come to Pilates to feel stronger, more toned or simply to move your body - but a lot more is happening beneath the surface.
Beyond core strength and posture, Pilates has a powerful effect on the nervous system. Through slow, controlled movement and intentional breathing, your body shifts out of “fight or flight” and into a more balanced state.
At the same time, you build a deeper connection to your body, learning how to stand, sit, and move with more awareness. This carries into everyday life, showing up as better posture, less tension and more ease overall.
If you’d like to experience the benefits of Pilates beyond the physical, we’d love to see you in class. Our Pilates sessions throughout the week are designed with a holistic approach, supporting both body and mind as well as nervous system balance.
