Before you speak of the dead, think twice.

Show them respect. Lives have been lost and all we do is gossip about them. Let me remind you: Every single soldier, living or dead, is a hero. They took an oath to serve this country until their last breath, not just ours, but any nation they defend.

Now, let me give you some perspective:

1. He could have ejected earlier if he had wanted to save only himself. He had permission. But he didn’t. He stayed, fighting to steer the jet away from civilians, buying time until it was too late. Yes, he loved his life, his family, his wife, yet he stood his ground until the end. Do you think he wanted this tragedy? What would you have done in his place?

—To eject safely, he needed:
-Minimum altitude: 350–500 feet.
-Minimum speed: 90–100 knots (104–115 mph). But the jet was too fast, too old, doomed from the start.

2. This was not pilot error. The F-7 jet that crashed was built in 1976, nearly 50 years ago. Its ejection seat was ancient, lacking the zero-zero technology of modern jets.

How many more lives must we lose before we stop sending our pilots to die in flying coffins? Shame on us. Shame on this corrupt system, on the politicians and leaders who line their pockets while our soldiers burn in obsolete death traps.

These brave men know they’re flying junk, yet they do it for us, for this broken country. And yet some of you dare to say, "He wasn’t a hero like the Chittagong pilot." Neither you nor I were in that cockpit. We didn’t feel the controls failing, the seconds ticking toward death.

The fault is not theirs. It’s ours. Our corruption, our indifference, our willingness to let soldiers die for scraps while thieves rule. They are heroes. The real criminals are the ones who let them down.

Remember: Every story has two sides. Before you judge a dead man, ask yourself: Would you have had his courage?
