Here’s what you need to know:
🕒 Probation Period Extended
- Regular employees: up to 4 months (previously 3).
- Managers: up to 8 months (previously 6).
📅 Notice Period Changes
- Notice period now starts on the date of delivery of the termination notice, not the first day of the following month as previously.
🛠 Other Updates
- Self-scheduling of working hours.
- Salaries can be paid in foreign currency.
- New rules for working during parental leave.
