Zen Garden studio is offering wide range of yoga classes including hatha yoga, yin yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga dance flow or yoga for beginners. We offer variety of classes for children including dance classes or kid´s yoga. Cozy and relaxed atmosphere also invites you to simply relax with a good tea in our chill out area or pick one of our therapists to have a massage or aromatherapy session:) Zen Garden is a place where you can rest and recharge your body, mind and heart.
