SSAM Liyang Plant Named a 2026 Jiangsu Green Factory 🌱 marking another milestone in our commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

Key initiatives driving this progress include:

🔹 Renewable Energy: A 3.8 MW rooftop solar PV system is in operation, with clean energy accounting for over 60% of the plant’s energy consumption in 2025. An intelligent energy and carbon management platform enables real-time monitoring and optimization.

🔹 Resource Recycling: Production water is recycled and reused, achieving zero discharge of production wastewater. 100% of solid waste is recycled.

🔹 Low-Carbon Processes: FEA simulation supports lightweight design and reduces raw material consumption. Trials of environmentally friendly water-based coatings are also underway to reduce emissions from painting operations.

🔹 Cleaner Production: Environmental protection systems, including welding fume extraction, enclosed paint booths, and VOC emission controls, help minimize emissions across production processes.

This recognition reinforces our commitment to advancing energy efficiency, reducing emissions, and driving the low-carbon transformation of new energy manufacturing through technological innovation.

SSAM Technology has successfully delivered a multi-million-RMB integrated intelligent system for electrolyte cleaning, rinsing, filling and material handling to a leading new energy company in China.
The system integrates three key modules:

🔹 Rinsing
🔹 Filling
Powered by SSAM Technology’s proprietary intelligent control technology, the integrated system enables more automated and efficient electrolyte handling.
The technical team is now moving forward with on-site installation and commissioning, supporting stable and efficient production for the customer.
This delivery reflects SSAM Technology’s capabilities across intelligent system integration, automation and new energy manufacturing applications.
