Lead HR Business Partner (m/f)

We are looking for Lead HR Business Partner (m/f) for Operation center Europe

You will act as strategic HR Business Partner to business managers by embedding HR strategy/priorities and providing professional HR support and consultancy.

Operation center Europe has total workforce of more than 700 employees in the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania and you will provide direct leadership to the EUOPC HRBPs and HR Operations team.

Job description:
Acting as strategic HR Business Partner to business managers by embedding HR strategy/priorities and providing professional HR support and advice
Ensuring people and organizational capabilities required by the Business in the mid and long term are understood and actioned. Ensuring that business positions in the short term are adequately staffed to meet and exceed the business targets
In close collaboration with Talent Partners, set and implement strategies and actions to ensure a healthy and sustainable talent structure/pipeline in the organization considering internal Talent pool and external market. The ultimate goal is to provide professional „Candidate Experience “
Drives and executes all talent processes with Business Leaders e.g. Talent management programs, Annual Performance Review, People Review sessions, identification and succession planning on business-critical positions and owns the talent outcomes. Where appropriate is directly involved in the recruitment of peer level positions
Define and foster modern leadership development model, targeting becoming a best in class company with high performance leaders on all levels
Facilitating and optimizing organization structure with the EUOPC operating model and guiding principles
Fostering high performance culture by effectively managing the performance management system and continuously improving the quality of the performance management process
Applying in-depth business knowledge to support and coach managers implementing necessary measures and actions to facilitate change
Who we are looking for:
HR related degree or qualification combined with at least 5 years of proven track record in a similar function
Ability to cope with different stakeholder groups in a dynamic multinational organization
Strong stakeholders management with internal and external partners
Fluency in English is a must have
Self-confident and trustworthy personality with intercultural affinity
Strong communication, motivation and leadership skills
Assertiveness and high customer orientation
