"Networking parties with no agenda or expectations (just beer and beach volleyball) or a "F**kUpNight" event where we openly discuss our failures, funding schemes that enable proof-of-concept implementation, identifying future leaders (islands of positive energy) and building teams around them, along with financial incentives for researchers…" These are just a few practical examples of how we can foster an among students, including the shy ones, and researchers. We discussed these ideas during a lively debate on entrepreneurship education at Kampus Hybernská.

“Every researcher doesn't need to be the next Elon Musk. There is an immense power in matchmaking. Universities should foster interdisciplinary teams that can change the world for the better. And it is OK to have a nudging from the real world. Some problems the scientists work on should be based on the needs of humanity. It is a part of the focus shifting we see in the younger generation of researchers.”
