Startup Weekend Prague

Another Monday and another day closer to the next Startup Weekend Prague! And what can you look forward to?
Well, Productboard co-founder and CTO Daniel Hejl met his co-founder at a Startup Weekend and the rest is history. Here are some of his findings:

❤️ young founders should fall in love with the problem they’re trying to solve. Why? The road will be tough and the solution to the problem might change over time, but what matters is you know your customers and their needs.

☺️ your most important skill as a founder will be your empathy. Your job will most likely be to hire people better than you, keep them and make space for them to thrive!
