Part of the educational event Megavíkend.
Each of us is made up of many different parts – or inner resources. Some we like (such as our sense of humor), others we reject (like anger), and some we may even deny. In this workshop, we’ll explore these parts, acknowledge them, accept them, and learn how to transform them. The goal is to strengthen inner unity so that all our parts can support and respect each other. The “Party of Parts” offers an effective path to building contact and wholeness within ourselves. ✨

🚫👀 Stand Up: How to Intervene Against Harassment

Unwelcome comments, touching, staring, flashing, public ma********on, stalking… According to data (Focus, 2021), one in three women and one in ten men in the Czech Republic have experienced sexual harassment in public. For those targeted, reacting can often be difficult due to fear or freezing up. But as bystanders, we can step in and set boundaries for aggressors.
In this interactive Stand Up workshop, you’ll learn how not to remain a passive bystander, and how to help effectively and – most importantly – safely. Don’t tolerate sexual harassment when you see it. Learn how to intervene. ✨

🔬✨ Step Into the Shoes of a Scientist

Ever wondered what it’s like to be a scientist? Here’s your chance to try it out! Science isn’t just about labs and textbooks – it’s a mindset for everyday life. In this workshop, you’ll form hypotheses, test ideas through fun experiments (yes, it might get a little messy!), and present your findings to others. Together, we’ll also explore the risks of scientific mis- and disinformation, and discover how scientific thinking can help us better understand the world around us. 🌍🧪

🌱📉 Imagining Post-Growth Futures

We live in an age of crises – from climate breakdown and unaffordable housing to widening inequalities, global conflicts, and rising burnout. While these challenges may seem separate, many scientists warn they share a common cause: an economic system built on endless growth and profit over people and planet. Capitalism is no longer working for us. In this workshop, we’ll ask: What could a degrowth economy look like – one that meets everyone’s needs within planetary limits? Which policies and practices can guide us toward post-capitalist futures? And which is the bigger utopia – transforming the system, or continuing with the one we have now? 🌍✨
