Do you want to prepare yourself to have the best possible experience during your childbirth? Come and learn with us!

The course is aimed at mothers and their support person (partner, mother, sister, friend, doula, etc.).

It is a practical course, where you will not only receive theoretical explanations, checklists, but you will also be able to try in pairs different ways of managing pain, contractions and helping the baby to descend.

The course will be taught either during 1 day in person or during 2 days (3 hours each day) via zoom. In case you are interested in an individual course, please write me to agree on the date of your prefference.

🇺🇸: What things are useful during the postpartum period? The cooling pads are very similar to sanitary pads (they are absorbent and disposable), but they freeze when bent, so you don’t need to have a freezer nearby. .
During childbirth, one might get some lacerations and bruises in the va**nal or perineal area, or in the case of a c-section birth, one might have to take care of an incision wound. It is recommended to apply cold to the affected area several times a day, for a maximum of 30 minutes each time, during the first 48 hours to help reduce swelling and relieve pain.
🇻🇪: ¿Qué cosas son útiles durante el posparto? Las toallas higiénicas frías son muy similares a las toallas higiénicas comunes (son absorbentes y desechables), pero se congelan cuando se doblan, por lo que no es necesario tener un congelador cerca.
Durante el parto, es posible que se presenten algunas laceraciones y moretones en el área va**nal o perineal, o en el caso de un parto por cesárea, es necesario cuidar la herida. Se recomienda aplicar frío en la zona afectada varias veces al día, durante 30 minutos máximo cada vez, durante las primeras 48h para ayudar a reducir la hinchazón y aliviar el dolor.
