Recruitment assistant

We’re looking for a confident and polite new team member to assist on a term by term basis - perfect around the university schedule!

This will initially be a remote working role until further notice.

Main duties will include:

- Coordinate the full 360 recruitment process

- Utilising relevant systems to accurately schedule and confirm interviews

- Post the latest vacancies onto site

- Interviewing candidates

- Provide admin support including offer letters and paperwork

- Assist in taking incoming calls

- Provide close support and assist with ad hoc duties when they arise

- Ability to coherently communicate business activities across media

- Keep ahead of the latest recruitment trends

You will have excellent admin / organisational skills, be able to manage workload and work to deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have worked in an office environment!
