🔎 We are looking for a 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 our client who provides trading, clearing, settlement, market data distribution and other services for a broad range of asset classes (securities, derivatives, FX…).
🔎We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our mission critical DevOps team. We utilize Ansible and Terraform Enterprise; Kustomize for templating two platforms for RedHat OpenShift and managed GKE. Our deployment strictly follows GitSecOps approach, based on pull request from GitHub Enterprise the code gets pushed using our own GitHub application, Atlantis, and ArgoCD.
🔎The team will focus on the development of new service-based functionality to serve the customers’ needs as well as the migration and harmonization of functionality out of existing systems. R7 will provide functionality for different user groups covering wide range of Risk management areas and with various complexities and criticalities of respective business processes.

𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
💿 Design, develop and maintain cloud infrastructure for all applications within Risk department, including application observability.
💿Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and infrastructure as code.
💿Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DevSecOps practices, integrating security into all aspects of the DevOps lifecycle.
💿Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫?
💡 Comfortable working in Linux environments.
💡 Strong proficiency in DevOps principles and practices, including containerization technologies (Docker), and monitoring/logging stack (ELK, Prometheus, etc)
💡 Interest and ability to learn, collaborative working style.
💡 Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.

𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
➕ Expertise in Istio for service mesh deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
➕Previous experience working in the banking or financial services industry
➕Experience in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, and Mimir.
➕Knowledge of GitHub (Enterprise) and GitHub Actions is highly desirable.

🤗 We’re looking for a 𝐂++ 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 to become part of the ICSD Settlement team responsible for development and maintenance of core backend real-time Clearing and Settlement engine. The applications are written mostly in C++(11), using Oracle as a database and are running natively on Linux . The application ecosystem is designed as a real-time massively parallel system composed of many microservices communicating via ActiveMQ and Oracle Advanced Queueing messaging systems.
As a developer, you’ll have an opportunity to contribute to the existing system’s features, modernize codebase to improve code safety and stability, design, develop and integrate new components, but also take part in the technical migrations such cloud migration involving dockerization of the microservices and orchestration using OpenShift.

👉Improving/enhancing the automatic functional and security testing framework including cloud-driven CI/CD pipeline
👉Supporting all activities related to end-to-end testing, including support for business testers and ex*****on team.
👉Analysing production system issues and providing support to internal teams.
👉Achieving compliance with internal and external standards applicable to the design, development and documentation of solutions
👉Identifying area of improvements and proposing enhancements to existing processes

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬:
💻 Good programming skills in C++ (3+ years hands-on experience)
💻 Experience with SQL databases (preferably Oracle)
💻 Familiarity with development and scripting under Unix/Linux
💻 Knowledge of following technologies will be of advantage: AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services, docker, python, ansible, terraform, OpenShift
💻 Proficiency in written and spoken English
💻 Ability to work in a cross-location international team and strong communication skills
💻 Strong result-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new methods and tools
💻 A background in financial markets, clearing or banking will be of advantage
