Rebuking common myths around Keto - I can't really enjoy dinning out when on Keto.
Many restaurants meals can be Keto friendly and if you don’t announce your diet, no one will even notice that you're avoiding some foods. Asian cuisine doesn't seem very KETO-friendly friendly at first sight but it actually is - you can switch out the noodles for bean sprouts or choose salad over rice or just go for delicious squid or with seaweed, kimchi and salad like I did this evening. If in Prague, I highly recommend 밥; rýže 2 (Bab; rýže 2)

Hey keto fam, I stumbled upon such an amazing product at Kaufland today. I used to always buy DM protein bread (see my previous post) but the one from Balviten absolutely won my heart. It tastes so much better, plus it contains 28g of fats per 100g comparing to 8.9g in the one from DM
Nutrilon information
Fats: 28g
Proteins: 10g
Carbs: 16g
Out of them sugars: 1,1g
Did you try it?

Should I take vitamins and supplements on keto diet? The answer is YES.
Here is the list of supplements I take on a daily basis:
1. Magnesium
2. MCT oil
3. Collagen
4. Biotin
5. K2 MK-7 D3
6. Omega 3
7. Milk thistle
8. Nutritional yeast flakes
9. Vitamin C
Let's talk in details about the benefits of each of them, I'll start with Vitamin C:
Vitamin C keeps your bones and connective tissues healthy, allows you to absorb iron and collagen, also helps prevent infections.
This is a water-soluble vitamin that's found in many foods, which are also rich in carbs such as oranges, kiwi, potatoes, tomatoes and strawberries, however there is a natural keto friendly resource of Vitamin C - bell peppers.
Remember thar our bodies do not store vitamin C, so we need to get this nutrient from our diet every day. I start my day with a portion of collagen and a glass of water with lemon juice one hour before meal, also I always make sure that my meals have some bell peppers and tomatoes or 150g of strawberries as a dessert.
Here's one of my favorite breakfast ideas: stuffed bell peppers - feel free to stuff your peppers with mince meat, bacon and cheese, eggs or even cottage cheese😋 One bell pepper contains 3 times more vitamin C than an orange!
