We would like to welcome Coperion as a bronze sponsor at the InventU Sustainable Future Congress, 25-26 February 2026 in Amsterdam.

Coperion and Herbold Meckesheim technologies play a key role in the global manufacture of high-quality plastic recyclates. Under the roof of Coperion, both companies unite decades of expertise and comprehensive process know-how for a variety of plastics recycling applications,
including mechanical recycling, chemical recycling, multi-layer film recycling, bottle-to-bottle recycling, upcycling and odor reduction.

From mechanical processing – shredding, washing, separating, drying, and agglomerating of plastics – to bulk material handling, feeding and extrusion, as well as compounding, pelletizing and odor reduction, Coperion and Herbold Meckesheim design first-class technologies and complete systems for plastics recycling.

Customers have access to individual components as well as complete recycling systems from a single source, supplying highest end product quality and throughputs at maximum efficiency.
Coperion ensures the seamless interaction of all technologies. Coperion and Herbold are conducting intensive research and development work to be able to support customers even better with innovative solutions on the way to greater sustainability and a functioning circula economy.

Latest technology developments for plastics recycling include the ZS-B MEGAfeed side feeder to increase feed rates of low density bulk materials, the ZSK FilCo filtration compounder, the patent-pending silo degassing solution EcoFresh and the mechanical dryer T 150-300 which sets new standards in modern drying technology.

Jochen Schofer, Global Head of Sales at Coperion Recycling will take the stage at the 3rd Closing the Loop with Recycling Forum.

Jochen studied Process Engineering at the Fachhochschule of Heilbronn and started working for Coperion formerly known as Werner & Pfleiderer in the Year 2007. He started as a process engineer responsible for Film Extrusion and Polyester. After 10 Years he moved to sales as Business Manager Recycling and Direct Extrusion. Since 3 Years he is the Global Head of sales Coperion Recycling.

We'd like to welcome Schrödinger as a Silver Sponsor at the InventU Sustainable Future Congress, supporting data-driven innovation across materials and product design. Its computational platform enables companies to discover and optimise molecules with greater speed and precision. This approach helps reduce trial-and-error in R&D, shorten development cycles, and support more sustainable formulation choices across consumer and personal care products.

Built on more than 30 years of scientific research, Schrödinger’s platform is used globally by industrial, pharmaceutical, and academic organisations. In consumer packaged goods, computational modelling supports smarter material selection, improved performance, and more efficient use of resources throughout product development.

Jeffrey M. Sanders will be joining the 4th Sustainable Personal Care Products Forum as a speaker. He is the technical lead and product manager for consumer goods at Schrödinger, with a background in applied physics, biophysics, and molecular pharmacology. His work focuses on translating advanced computational chemistry into practical tools for product developers and formulators. Further details on his presentation will be shared soon.
