Let’s go to the largest snails farm in Prague and try four dishes from the chef!

At the farm you’ll see how snails grow, eat and why they need a lot of water. Then, after theoretic part the owner of the farm’ll show you how to cook snails in a different ways. You’ll try all this dishes with a glass of white wine (it is in price!). So, what meals are waiting for you?

•Tortilla with snails
•Spicy dish: snails in shells with Salsa sauce
•Snails with Parmesan, baked in mushrooms
•Burgundy snails (immortal classic!)

After degustation you can also try another positions in menu. Your dinner will happen in cozy open-air restaurant.
