✨ One year ago, I took part in the Land Art festival No Water, No Art in Poznań, Poland. Together with my friends, we created an installation using only natural materials collected in the surrounding area. The main element was branches of invasive plants that spread quickly and take space from other vegetation. We cut them down and transformed them into an artwork.

🌿 The installation embodied the spirit of water – an extended hand of Mother Nature reclaiming her source and embracing the flowing stream. The festival focuses on the urgent issue of drying and deteriorating water resources and highlights the importance of their protection.

📸 Today, one year later, the installation still exists in its place and is slowly merging with the landscape. According to the latest photos, it even seems to be turning green and growing with new branches.

✨ Před rokem jsem se zúčastnila Land Artového festivalu No Water, No Art v polské Poznani. Spolu s přáteli jsme vytvořili instalaci pouze z přírodních materiálů, které jsme nasbírali v okolí. Základem se staly větve náletových rostlin, které se rychle rozrůstají a berou prostor jiné zeleni. Ty jsme pokáceli a přetvořili v umělecké dílo.

🌿 Instalace představovala ducha vody – prodlouženou ruku Matky přírody, která si bere zpět svůj zdroj a objímá protékající tok. Festival upozorňuje na problematiku vysychajících a znečišťujících se vodních zdrojů a na potřebu jejich ochrany.

📸 Dnes, po roce, instalace stále stojí na svém místě a postupně srůstá s krajinou. Podle nejnovějších fotek dokonce zezelenala a obrůstá novými větvemi.
