20 weeks in & 20 weeks out 💙! I have been really blessed with getting pregnant by just walking passed my husband, but I’ve never been the one to enjoy/love the whole 40 weeks plus….not until much later on anyways. However I do love giving birth 🙌🏼🤪, call me crazy 😜

The morning sickness was not morning but 247 for the first 20+ weeks and each pregnancy was the same…regardless of the gender btw 🙂

The moment we get pregnant theres an expectation of us to be non stop happy, excited, shiny hair and glowing skin and all that (and I’m sure for many, it is the case) but the hormones can get the better of us sometimes and it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

Pregnancy can make us feel overwhelmed and anxious, so it’s so important to have people around where we don’t feel judged and can openly say that sometimes pregnancy just sucks (full blog on that on my website link in bio).

The bump and I are on a mini break to recharge and reset before the arrival.

I’ve had a bath without any interruption, watched Netflix, read my book and went for a meal without having to es**rt one or the other to the loo in the middle of my meal….had a virgin mojito and…..kept on missing them 🙄 !

Motherhood is funny, we can’t wait to get a break and then when we are away from them we miss them so much!?!

To be fair I’m adapting and by the time I will fully adapt it will be time to go back 😅.

It’s different for me this time as I am nearing the end of my third and definitely last pregnancy and I find the anxiety of being away from them harder than what I would normally find.

Can you relate? How do you recharge and reset?

We all know it’s hot hot hot, right?!?! It’s the middle of the summer…🤷🏻‍♀️!

I try to see the funny side when random people come and start moaning to me about the awful heat in their skimpy bikini and a glass of aperol in their hand 😝BUT patience is running low 😅

Please choose your audience before you start moaning to a pregnant woman how hot you feel and how unbearable it is ! I’ve given birth to two babies in the middle of the summer but the Prague heat seems to be a wee bit different to the UK one 🥴.
