Inspired by the ever changing chaos in the world, the video aims to show the life of a couple, from their early teens, growing up, into old age. As the world gradually destroys itself around them, their love of life is singular on the strength of their bond.

“It was very rewarding working on the Best Day Of My Life video.” says video director Bazhenova

“We collaborated with Ukrainian artists and incorporated firsthand stories from people affected by the war that began in 2022. It was inspired to add real-life details into the narrative to make it more relevant. The dog at the end is based on a real mutt named Zhannochka, who fled Donetsk in 2014, lost an eye, and later went blind in 2025. My relatives adopted her. She became a quiet symbol of collective suffering.”
