Great fun to perform with the brillant Jâms Coleman at the Petworth festival. First recital back after fracturing my wrist on station steps last year! Glad to have made it to the legendary bakery too 😋

Many special memories and I will never forget this Mozart 5. In rehearsal he was passionate about how he wanted the details yet balanced this intensity with great warmth and humour. I made sure to be prepared for many good-natured discussions! He made me laugh a lot too, pausing in rehearsal to tell a funny anectode and it was evident he was deeply loved by all in the orchestra. I will treasure these moments and I’m so grateful for his guidance over the years. He leaves an incredible legacy.
