This month, our EXPO journey continues with a spotlight on life sciences. 🧬
In healthcare, speed and precision are crucial. Our technology turns hours of lab work into insights in seconds – no complex preparation, no harmful radiation. From safer osteoporosis diagnostics, to real-time cancer monitoring, to keeping medicines pure, it changes the way we protect health.
At EXPO we will demonstrate how advanced chemical analysis is moving beyond the lab and into everyday medical and pharmaceutical practice.
🤝 And we’re not doing it alone: together with i-Lab (JP), we’re building a bridge between Czech and Japanese innovation, showing how collaboration accelerates progress in science and healthcare.
📍 Czech National Pavilion, September 16 – 15:00

Fast. ✔️ Direct. ✔️ Contactless. ✔️
Zinc is a key indicator in nitrocellulose formulations, whether as a stabilizer or a residual impurity. But analyzing such reactive materials has always been a challenge.
With Sci-Trace, we measured zinc directly in nitrocellulose, no sample prep, no chemicals, no contact. We achieved results consistent with AAS, but up to 40× faster.🚀
A powerful example of how LIBS is changing the way we approach sensitive materials.

🔍 What exactly are we eating and how can we know for sure?
This month at EXPO 2025, AtomTrace takes a closer look at the elemental composition of what we grow, process, and consume.
📅 Join us on July 22 for our thematic presentation:
“The Science Behind What You Eat – From Nutrients to Toxins”
We'll discuss real-world applications of LIBS in the food and feed industries:
🥣 from nutrient mapping in fertilizers
⚠️to contaminant detection in food,
🌾and protein-level analysis in grain-based products.
📩 If you're attending the EXPO and would like to see the demo live, contact us at [email protected] for tickets or more info.

🔍 Choosing the right laser source can make a real difference — especially when working with demanding samples and expecting consistent, high-quality results.
💡 We recently tested a laser from RGB Lasersystems GmbH in our spectroscopy setup, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed:
✅ compact design
✅ stable performance
✅ narrow spectral linewidth
