🖇️The conflict in Bosnia emerged from the violent collapse of Yugoslavia.
Years of international efforts to reach agreement failed. Finally at Dayton, negotiations using coercive diplomacy brought an agreement. A process that was designed to end the war, not necessarily to resolve the underlying conflict.
