At HyPerForm Mental, Strength & Conditioning Lab we give emphasis on discovering the needs of our clients, whether it is an individual athlete or a team, and we strive to develop and administer tailor-made programs that are most effective to accomplish the desired athletic outcomes. Our strength and conditioning methodologies and approaches, together with our sport psychology techniques and strategies, are therefore carefully crafted to address arising issues and maximize performance by placing the athlete or the team as the centre of our focus. HyPerForm Mental, Strength & Conditioning Lab provides professional services and programs to train and monitor athletic performance by following theoretically and empirically proven protocols throughout the year [pre-season, during season, post-season]. Our training facilities are housed in the Olympus Gym in Nicosia. Olympus Gym is one of the oldest training facilities in Cyprus with 40 years of service. Olympus Gym is a fully equipped training center that provides all the tools necessary for complete training. Among others, the facility includes machines, free weights, cardio equipment, room for functional and sport specific training, TRX, medicine balls, hurdles, ladders, bands, and so much more. In addition, Olympus Gym offers services such as locker rooms, showers, sauna, massage chairs, body composition assessments, tanning beds, and more. Sincerely,
