Our latest project in Kifisia, Athens 🇬🇷

We’re excited to be appointed for the structural design of a new development featuring two modern residential buildings — each an independent reinforced-concrete frame with its own basement and a full-site podium.

Both buildings will include private swimming pools on the ground floor and rooftop, combining contemporary living with high-quality engineering.

Planning permission has been granted for the project.

Central Middlesex Hospital - London, UK

This project is comprised of 158 affordable homes near Central Middlesex Hospital.

The major site redevelopment in Park Royal will see the creation of four new residential buildings, ranging from six to fifteen storeys in height. The Old Refectory Building on site, a brick building built as part of the original Central Middlesex Hospital, will also be retained and fully refurbished.

DMA have worked on the behalf of the main consultant and provided the detailed structural design as well as the RC detailing for this project in accordance to the Eurocodes.

We have recently completed the design of 16 Houses in Upton Road, Slough. The foundations of the houses are ground beams sitting on piles due to the poor ground conditions and heave issues. The superstructure of the houses is of traditional construction with brick and block walls supporting timber floors and roof.

We spent last week at UKREiiF in Leeds with Kosmas Michael (Managing Director) and Angeliki A. Palla (Regional Manager of our Athens office) representing DMA. It was great catching up with our existing clients and future collaborators. It was also interesting to attend the various talks which gave us a great insight to the current UK market. We look forward to next year’s event!
