Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a renovation and structural strengthening project in Sierra Leone. The role requires strong site management skills, technical expertise in concrete repair, and the ability to oversee construction activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate with the project manager.
• Manage subcontractors and workforce efficiently.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce site regulations.
• Assist in material procurement and logistics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in renovation or structural repair.
• Strong knowledge of concrete repair techniques.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Africa is a plus.
