owave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all utensils; the spacious open-plan living area has two comfy sofas, one of which opens out into a double bed, a flat-screen 37" Plazma TV, DVD player and there is a well-furnished dining area with a large table and chairs to seat six. The cool and contemporary double bedroom has large windows providing excellent views and plenty of light. But blackout blinds and a comfortable king size bed to ensure a good night’s sleep. There’s plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables, lamps and it’s independently air-conditioned. The same can be said for the second bedroom having 2 single leather framed beds plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables, lamps and it’s independently air-conditioned. The modern bathroom is stylishly tiled throughout, has a bath with shower over, a designer suite, a large mirror and a cupboard. It has downlights and a window with obscured glass, which opens up to clear views outside. There is a large patio, leading off from the lounge through large sliding doors. There is also a high-quality patio set for four with great views.
