C. Christofidou LLC is seeking to recruit a corporate Lawyer to join our team in Larnaca.

Job Description
• Drafting court applications in relation to corporate matters (e.g. decrease of share capital, alteration of memorandum, mergers etc) and appearance in court
• Drafting Legal opinions on various corporate matters
• Conducting due diligence reviews on legal entities and individuals
• Drafting legal/corporate documents and agreements
• Providing support to the corporate administration team
• Keeping the team up to date in regards to changes in legislation

Qualifications:
• Must be a member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• At least 2 years previous experience in corporate law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Positive and professional approach
• Highly attentive to detail
